Event Setup, Coordination, and Take Down
We provide a seamless experience by including a full day dedicated to event setup, a day for the event itself, and a day for complete take down afterward. This ensures that all the details are taken care of well in advance, allowing you to focus on enjoying your celebration. Our team is there to assist with the full setup of your venue, ensuring everything is in place and ready for your special day. After the event, we handle the cleanup, allowing you to leave knowing everything will be taken care of.

Day-of Coordination , Security and Bartender
In addition, we offer day-of event coordinating assistance to make sure everything runs smoothly, from the ceremony to the final dance. Our event coordinator will be there to assist with timelines, vendor management, and any last-minute needs. For your peace of mind, we also include security on the day of the event, ensuring the safety and comfort of all your guests throughout the celebration and Bartender .

Access to Venue as of the day before to decorate and prepare for your event , so that day of event you are not feeling rushed and stressed. NO ADDITIONAL FEE !
